Essential Job Functions

Community Association Banc

  • Transfers
  • Work through support issues internal and external
  • Closing accounts
  • Opening accounts
  • Inquire and research payment issues

Account Management

  • Manage financial only accounts

Association Voice

  • Set up new accounts
  • Payment research
  • Technical issue with residents paying online

Support Property Manager Staff

  • Budgets
  • Approve status letters
  • Answer any financial issue/question
  • Complete journal entries

Financial Management

  • Ensure the appropriate controls and structure is in place when there are changes with payments, website and customer related changes.
  • Develop, establish and maintain internal controls. Oversee payable and receivable functions.
  • Create a sub account system for reporting structure of the P&L and Balance Sheet for both cash and accrual accounting methods.
  • Provide CPA with all tax information required to complete tax returns, audits or reviews.
  • Assist with the entire coupon process in a timely manner for all residents (12,000+.)
  • Participate in coordinating the annual budget process and follow up for communities.
  • Manage Period-End and Year-End closings.
  • Ensure monthly reconciliation of accounts is completed timely.
  • Maintain collection activity on residents.
  • New resident set ups.
  • Assist and advise on all refunds and misapplied payment transactions.

Customer Service Management

  • Ensure standards for customer service are met.
  • Assist Manager in performing daily task and delegate to admin staff.
  • Communicate with and assist residents with financial questions

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 4 years accounting experience

Salary Range

  • Based on education and experience background.
